Guest Designer 2nd project - Sandra Scott

Good afternoon, Sandra here with my second project as Guest Designer for Scrap Matrix.  I have created an art journal page:

I have created the background using a brayer and sponge.  I have then outlined a rectangle stencil with a black paint pen around the edges.

I have stamped randomly around the edges with a clock and cog stamp in black ink.  I have made a black border around the page using black gesso.

I have done some final touches including some Nuvo dots and Tim Holtz small talk phrases.
